V8 Crossmember Size Please

    If somebody has a V8 crossmember that is off the car - could you please measure the bolt hole to bolt hole length for me please?

    One side is slotted...but I measure 12" to 12 1/2".

    Hey Craig - that sounds like the transmission crossmember. I need the V8 engine crossmember. I should have been more specific. :slap:

    I have one in the garage that is 29 1/2 inches bolt center to center, from a standard 68 Cougar. Was wondering if it would fit. Thanks anyway.

    I measured 28 5/16 center to center.
