I was going around the block cause i haven't ran car in about week. After the car warmed up I got on it. The car went sidways and then a big POP. I could hear metal on metal and the faster i went the louder it got. I had to go 10mph or less to make it home. Good thing i wasn't far away huh? I went to shift into 2nd and back to first(C4 tranny) and it didn't want to go into gear. I put it in park and back into first and then it went in with some noise in the back of the car. Did i blow my rear end up or could it be something else? I don't think its the tranny cause never had problem with it and doesn't leak or anything. HELP!!!

I just took my driveshaft off and looked at everything. I didn't see anything wrong with it. No chips stuff still looks good and bends and moves smooth. I then started the car up and went threw gears 1st-3rd. shifted just like it should and everything. Only other thing it c ould be is that stupid rear end correct? I'm replacing the rear end anyways so i guess I will know soon. TY for everyone help!
