Easiest thing is to get one of those adapters from any mustang house. They are around $120 but you dont have to change but one item in the linkage and dont have to have your car realigned when your done.

why are so many people going from PS to MS? is your system bad? I don't see a whole lot of weight differendce in the setups, maybe 20lbs, but if you're shaving it all, I guess I could see why

Probably the biggest reason is because the power steering system for these cars really sucks. They are prone to leaks and gives you zero road feel.

I think I know what you mean, I changed mine to ps because I had the parts, funky setup with how the lines move with the tie rod, but I'm keeping all the old stuff, just incase

i'm changing mine for two reasons, one I broke the arm on my steering arm and when I went to replace it the hoses have two different ends and to get new ones made its gonna cost me $120 to replace them. I like manual steering so I was thinking of just converting over to manual steering to save power and the car handles just about the same either way..... so does anyone have the needed parts to convert to manual???
