i'm starting my v8 swap tonight. i hope it goes well. i have to have it done before monday so i can get to work.
total time for me... start to finish and driving home from the auto skills center on the air force base... took me 3 days.... 12 hour days... of course.. if you have more work time during the day and night.. it will go faster... and you will also take many trips to ace hardware.. lol good luck.. email me if you need any help... i will try and help best i can...

well i spent all saturday looking for a flywheel. from 8 in the morning until 5:30 at night. looked at like 5 junk yards. ended up with an aluminum bell housing though so it was a total waste. i ended up getting one at napa. good old 164 toothed flywheels. i didn't work on it on sunday. and i was able to get a ride to work. so i'm about to go see if i can get it running. i was at least able to get it in saturday night so saturday wasn't a complete waste of time.
