Maverick emblem on the grill

    (2) 1970 Mavericks and a 1971 4dr Maverick
    My 1970 Maverick was in a fender bender that broke the grill before I bought it. I received the broken grill when the car was shipped and noticed that it had a maverick emblem on the driver's side of the grill. Did some 1970's come from the factory that way or did the previous owner just put it there?

    69 1/2, 70 Maverick and 71 Grabber
    The previous owner must have put it there. The 70 Maverick grill will have the round emblem in the center of the grill.
