seat belt washers "help"

    its been so long since i installed my seat belts i forgot how they go togeher, my cars a 71 ....ok i have 4 metal washers, 4 bolts that have all threads, and 4 bolts that have a threads up until 1/4 way up , do washers go on semi threaded bolts? and do they go in front or back seats:huh:

    I know for sure there are washers for the overhead shoulder belts.

    ok...the lap belts are actually still hanging, im pretty sure that the full threaded bolts went in rear, just not too sure about the 4 washers

    From the looks in my manual ....there is a total of 6 washers,4 in back and 2 up front.
