HELLO....I'M NEW HERE BUT I JUST HAPPENED ACROSS ABOUT A HALF DOZEN PIECES OF ORIGINAL FORD 1971 MAVERICK PINTO AND FALCON BODY TRIM OR MOLDING!......I'VE DONE SOME RESEARCH ON THE NUMBERS AND THATS WHAT I COME UP WITH...(D1FZ-6210176-A).PROBLEM IS THAT I DONT KNOW WHICH AREA OF THE CAR THAT THIS PIECE GOES TO!!.........ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED OR IF ANYONES INTERESTED JUST EMAIL ME!...........THANX IN ADVANCE!!!.........KEITH
Looks like lower rocker panel molding. It goes across the very bottom of the body, on the sides and extends to each wheel well. They are not Maverick pieces. The Maverick didnt have any. The Comet did but they didnt look like those.
1971 Molding Is There Any Way To Find Out Exactly What Piece They Are For?...i Already Looked Up The Numbers And That Seems To Be What Is Says?.........any Ideas?..........the Size Is 64 1/4" Long And 2 1/4" In Width...........thanx Guys!
