I know there has been quight afew posts regarding power to manual conversions (steering), but I got a couple questions...
    1. is that rolled pin realy necesary? I found the hole but it dosen't want to go in... I did'nt even know about a pin when I took the control valve off... ... anyway I tightened the pitman arm down first and the clamp for the adapter second...
    2. how much play should I have in my steering wheel? I can also hear a little slack in the box... any info would be appreciated. thanks.

    Dunno about the rolled pin...

As for play, very little, as in almost none. When I wiggle my steering wheel just a tad, you can see the wheels move almost imediately.
