    anyone seen the new car craft they put the Mav and Comet at #2 in the Best Pick for First Steet Machine right behind the 67-76Dusters,Darts and Valiants. saying that "Mavericks and Comets make great street machine fodder"....whooo hoooo!!! another score for the mavs and comets!!

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    the only reason the dodges made it over the maverick is because the guy who wrote the story owns one. ; )

    I do have to agree that those dodges have real strong potential.

    If you look at most of the old mopars, the prices are through the roof.

    You can pick up a dart for cheap and shove a big block into it. Although the 67 darts weigh a lot more, the 66's and older weigh a lot less, though I prefer the mav definetly.

    we have a 64 dart, a 66 valiant convertible, and my brother is looking to buy a 67 dart, and I am going to give him an extra 360 that I have lying around.
