Well im in the middle of swaping rears, from stock 8 inch 2.79 open , to a 57 ford fairlane 500 9 inch 3.56 spooled...:yahoo:

As soon as a few more parts get here ill be able to put it back together...
Got JCW 4 Leafs with shackles...waiting on the spool from summit(on back order) and Caltracs...which are in transit

Just one question...what shocks are you guys running on the rear? i was thinking lakewood 50/50 but maybe just some cheapies...any ideas?

oh yeah i have an 8 inch for sale now:tiphat: parts or whole let me know:burnout:

I let the Caltrac guys talk me into the Rancho shocks. They are 5 way external adjustable and reasonably priced. Call Calvert racing and have them give you the info on them. I haven't gotten the car running yet, but I can't wait to try them.

    Congrats man!
I wish I was in a position to do so much.
    I am jealous...

Get you a locker or traclock, don't do the spool thing!
    Safer that way.

    Good luck!
    Dave
