Hey guys, I need to ask a big favor. My Mav came with one ghetto little chrome mirror on the drivers side and no mirror whatsoever on the passenger side. So I picked up a set of Sport Mirrors. What I need is the location of the mirror on the door. If someone could take some measurements from the hinge side of the door and from the top, I can drill my holes and put my sport mirrors on . I think I'm going to just start putting all of my parts on my car, before I do the final bodyworking and all that.
. One other thing....I'm not sure my chrome mirror is in the right place on the door, so that's why I'm asking. If it was in the correct place, I could just measure it out on the other side and drill the holes.
As I recall, the front mounting hole in your old mirror is in the same location as the front hole in the sport mirrors. I have seen sport mirrors from the factory in different locations.
