Ok guys I need your vast wealth of knowledge on this.I have searched everywhere I could think of to no avail.I need to replace the bushing that goes over the eq bar pivot ball on the block and inside of the engine side of the eq bar.Mine is 30+years old and in need of retirement.I am actually surprised it held out this long considering the 3 Equalizer bars I have broken on this beast."Drag racing will allways show you what needs to be upgraded next"
I have brought an original Maverick V8 Engine Side Pivot to Mustangs unlimited and have verified that this fits .... http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=7543C+01
Okay, I saw a set on ebay with in a couple weeks. Was re listed, Can't find in my ebay. Did a search, found some for 60's mustang showing plastic ones. Might try the mustang parts,,Branda etc.
If it is the same as a mustang 64 to 68??Then I should be golden.I never got one because no one was shure it would work on a maverick.Tony D.Branda is a source for it???Mustangs unlimited also.Verification is what I really needed thanks dmHines.
Just went to Mustangs unlimited site.Found it but they say its for the frame side of the bar.Looks correct though.:16suspect Will search more, but looks right. Thanks again.:Handshake
Yes ... I know it says Frame Side for a Mustang ... but like I said ... I live near Mustangs Unlimited and I have verified this will fit the driver side Maverick V8 Pivot.
