Can anyone tell me what is the correct style antenna for a '72 Maverick or Comet? The one that is one my Sprint is the thinner one piece type and is on an original paint fender. It is the same type that is on my '73 Mustang conv. My '72 Mustang Sprint has the thicker one. I was under the impression that 72's were the telescoping type which are thicker. In the AutoKrafter catalog, they list it as being the thicker one.

    Which is correct? Thanks.

I have seen both types on a 1972 as well.
