Is the parking brake adjustable? If so, how do i do it? The reason I ask is because when I put the car in neutral on a slight hill and apply the parking brake, my car still rolls. Could it be that I need new rear brake shoes? Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Ford Guy

The adjustment is under the car where the front cable connects to the intermediate cable. Near the transmission.
