'Don't know exactly what you're asking for (local, national, parts, complete cars, etc), but there is a mailing list of California cars that are about to be crushed. Some of the cars are mavericks.

Other than surfing the web with keywords, I don't have any other information. Maybe someone else does.

    Good luck,

    Rick

I believe both Craig and Doug have a section on boneyard Mavericks and Comets on their websights.

All I can say is "what shame!!".:( I was looking at some of the other Fords, and Mopar etc. etc. and seeing them rot in people's yards and fields! It's bad enough that they do not restore the cars themselves, but it adds insult to injury when the owners refuse to sell them period, end of story!:(

I have to agree with the point on waste. There's a guy near me who has 2 big bumper Mavs just heading rapidly to Mav heaven. I already approached him about buying them and he acts like they are diamond encrusted. I was afraid to ask him about the '73 Torino he has there also just rotting away. There's also a woman here, 86 and long divorced without any kids, who has a '69 Shelby GT500 with 24,000 miles on it just covered up in her garage. She has been offered mucho money for it but refuses to sell and won't say why to anyone. You gotta wonder what runs through some people's minds.
