I avoid the cougar boards since they seem a little stuck up and boring The mav guys always seem to be more entertaining Thanks for your comments and advice.
I am a cougar guy at heart. I had a 390 equipped 69 Eliminator back in the early 80s. Never shoulda sold that puppy. My current other project is:
I love them Cougars. Tried to buy a new one back in 69 but my Dad wouldn't cosign. Guess he's a smart guy after all. Still, it would have been cool. I'm always looking for a good deal on a 69 or older convertible.
Always liked the Cougar better then the Mustangs. Do ya need sun glasses to look at that in sunlight? I heard some place that that white stuff is a natural phonomenmom or sumthing that happens in some places and it just lands on the ground. Here in So.Cal. we buy that stuff flavored in a cone or on a stick. I also heard that ya stay a way from it when it's yellow!
Looks great! It took me about 5-6 years from that condition to get mine into its current condition. Best of luck.
