    Maverick year ?
    Hello Everybody !

my name is christoph, german , 40, ( so please excuse my broken english)

I live in the Philippines and have an maverick, Its hard to find out even small things like what are the right spark plugs:

I go to a shop with the old ones (for sure not the right ones) and they give me new ones…..

I ask them if those are the right ones for that car/engine, and they say Yes Sir! Look it’s the same threat …………………………. ;-)

Where can I find data’s like that (also the degrees for ignition and so on)?

its a straight six and I do not even know the year
    ( 50US$ i paid for the car )

    The chassis number is F 0X9IU229421 F

I will put some pictures on a server http://www.bops-world.de/ford/ford.htm.
If somebody needs information about philippines/china or something from here, I can help without any problems

    Best Regards / MfG

    thanks a lot

Thanks for the good and fast answer, I think you guys know much about that car.

Anyway its a straight six, the number is 9K-13N, i looked in some old books and I do not find that Number, the color of the motorblock is blue.

Is it possible that the original spark plug is a BF82 by motorcraft?
which Type you can suggest in our Century ?
