The car I have came with no engine in it and I am missing a bunch of parts. I need a picture of how the throttle cable is routed and attached. I also need a picture of how the kick down linkage is set up. I am going to either have to find these parts or make something to work. I am sure I can just make it all. It appears that the cable was originally routed across the valve cover to the carb. The engine I have now is from a 65 Comet and was routed differently but came with very little of the linkage. This is really holding me up from getting this car on the road again. Thanks

That helps a good bit. Thanks. If I can find part # 9728 I will be in good shape. Good to know they are the same part with auto and manual. That a least will help some in the search. Anyone have this piece??

    I've had a few
It's pretty easy to just convert the '69.5 to a regular Mav/Comet throttle cable setup.

I am just going to fabricate something to work until I can find the correct parts. If I ever find them. Either way it will function and thats the most important part.
