Well, didn't have a good turnout of cars. But, had a good turnout of people on this forum. Must admit we had the years covered (69 1/2 to 77). Daryl had his 69 1/2 Maverick. I had my 77 Maverick. There are 3 awards given in our class. Needless to say, they put the 60's Comets in our class to cover the awards. I took 3rd, Daryl took 2nd, & 67 Comet took 1st. Was great meeting new people & talking cars. I'm hoping next year we will have the best turnout ever. I'm already working on the people to get there cars out. I proved to them you don't need a show car. I had my 77 Maverick, daily commuter, all original there. It's a sight for sore eyes. But, Hey! It's a Maverick.....(rust & all). Here's some pictures, enjoy!!!!!

Not sure yet. Haven't had the time to get into it. I've been working graveyard the last 2 weeks. It runs real rough. Like the engine wants to jump out of the engine bay. It is gutless, no power at all. Doesn't want to idle. I have to keep giving it gas at stop signs, or it will die. Needless to say, I've only backed it into the driveway to wash her, then back into the carport.... I hope to get into it, in the next couple of weeks....

Hey Coop, this is a good time to refresh that C4. It has plenty of miles on it in the last 6 years. :D You also need to get me that dead C4 from the wife's car so I can make it run for you before you break another one.

I know, you've been busy, The C4 I built for the heartbreaker has another 10 years to go... Would it help if I built one of my cores for the one that died? - you get the family 25-10 discount, brother of mine. (add 25% then give a 10% discount):hmmm:

Email received and replied to - Don't tell anyone how much I charge or I won't have any business at all.
    Let's see $700 + 25% = $875 - 10% = $787.50 + 9% tax = $858.37 (the half cent I'll let you keep) Ok, so I don't charge tax - and I won't charge the family discount - and the price is a bit lower than $700 for my brother. Let me know Coop.
