I am parting out the gold 74 2dr. I found out it had major rust issues. I have done removed the motor, tranny, rearend, front fenders, the passenger side door, grill, trunklid, radiator. I am going to try and get out the gauges, some of the woindow trim, back window, front is cracked. It has 5 lug drums on the front and I am going to remove them too. So you think I have missed anything

if its a part that comes off, is in decent condition and you have the room to keep it

    SAVE IT

Like I said yesterday, save as much of the A/C stuff as you can.

Anything and everything that's good, I'd keep if you have a dry place to store it.. Tail lights, side marker lights, head light rings, wiring harnesses, the rear pop out quarter windows, stuff like that.

Save the rear windshield if it's in good shape. Last I heard nobody is reproducing those yet.

I think we need to stop parting out these cars, and sell them to a "regional stock collector".

We need a guy willing to store the cars in various areas of the country. Someone who could buy it cheap, but more than a junk yard, store it, and then sell the parts off when you call him for a part.

Isn't this kinda what Craig Selvey is doing?

Otherwise, these things are just going to keep disappearing until we cannot find replacement parts, like rear windows.

I was hoping somebody would buy the whole car. I had it listed here for $250 complete which is roughly scrap price. Me and dad was tied of it being in the way. I'll upload some pics of it.

the drivers side is ok. The passenger side is full of rust. I got poking it with a screwdriver and made a hole big enough to put my fist through. I haven't paid much attention to the torque boxes.
