rear disc question

    The disc/drum master cylinder has a residual pressure valve in the rear circuit for the drum brakes. Question is, did this cause an issue with the rear pads dragging after the rear disc install? I need to swap my rear axle to five lug so I was thinking of doing the rear disc swap at the same time. Since I'll be doing it at work one night I just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row.

    You might find that the valve is in one of the fittings on the master, and therefore easily removed...:huh:
    I wouldn't have a problem surgically removing the valve if I found it on the master.
