Were there 2 different kind of big bumpers?

    And I mean starting from 74 and up. I ask this because every post 73 big bumper Mav or Comet I've seen has those two upright bumper pieces that are attached to the bumper itself. My 74 does not have those two pieces on either the front or rear ones.

    Those are bumper guards - an option for any Mav/Comet. (y)

    73 is also the only year with medium sized front bumper, rear bumper was a small bumper, 74 up they went with park benches for bumpers

    Hey park benches are not so bad, at a car show if you get tired from all the walking you have a place to sit, now that is great, you get a car and a seat all in one place.
