I think these things only came on AC cars but I don't know. It's the flexible vinyl/rubber/whatever piece that goes on top of the radiator support. I presume these things are meant to help direct air through the radiator instead of letting it pass between the hood and the support.

If these are reproduced and aren't priced stupidly I can just buy one, but I expect I'll end up making one instead. Has anybody else done this? What did you use to make it with?

Also, it would be great if someone who has one of these intact could give me some general measurements.

    Thanks!

I provided the pattern for that piece...and it is dead on accurate. Here is one on my car:

Yes....I put it on backwards. I did that to hide the tranny cooler between the radiator and the condensor.

Several places sell the seal, including Auto Krafters. I have some used ones if you want to email me directly (see below)

The repopped one is huge compared to the factory part. Plus the holes are punched in the wrong spots.

Well... Maybe I should just make one then. By now y'all ought to know I place less value on "originality" than "functionality" when it comes to this car. As long as it does the job as well or better than original, and it looks to the untrained eye like it's supposed to be there, I'm happy. Has anyone here ever made their own? What material did you use?
