has anyone else read it? it's a really nice article that's stretched across six pages of info and pictures. it also includes a nice '72 Grabber featured that has the rare white/gold stripes.

i did however notice several bits of information that is incorrect for our cars. examples are:
-not all '73-up Grabbers had their own handling package (HD suspension was an option all to itself)
-not all Mavericks from '72-up had the 3.00 axle ratio (this was optional on all cars from '71+ cars, while the 2.79 was standard issue)
-there is no difference between Maverick and Granada spindles
-not all Grabbers had the deluxe two spoke steering wheel
-3sp manual transmissions were standard equipment on all Mavericks, not just Grabbers
-no Maverick had 9" drum brakes in '73 (all were 10" by this time, and 5 lug)

there are a few more misleading statements, but i wont be too picky about it ;). great article never-the-less :yup:

according to my books, they interchange and have the same part number

the only differences i have listed is obviously for drum brake spindles....
