Subframe connectors with 76-77 style E-Brakes

    Has anyone installed subframe connectors on a 76-77 Mav-Com?
    Because of the different Emergency Brake set up for later models there is a pivot point mounted right at the back of the Driver's Side frame rail extension on a stud welded to the floor (see ref. photo) I'd like to run the connectors from the end of the front rail to the spring pocket area on the rear leafs but I'm not sure what to do with the EBrake cable mount. Perhaps there is another type of cable set-up that can swap in without all the brackets and pivots...(?) Using the early style would mean mounting the pivot bracket near the tunnel and modifying the later style dash to include that ridiculous walking stick style E-Brake handle...
