the D0-D4 castings are all basicly the same to my knowledge, all of these also have the 13/16 spark plug so they're easy to spot. the C9 heads are obviously good ones too

stay away from anything D5 and newer, or any 351w head that has the small 5/8" spark plug

The 1975 351W heads have the same chamber and valve sizes as the C9 D0 - D4. They do use the small 14MM plug but they are capable of making some power.
365 HP at 5-5500 RPM and 400+ ft lbs of torque with a smooth idle at 650 RPM.
1978 is when the Windsor heads went to the 69CC chambers and small valves. The 1969 to 1977 all had 60CC chambers and the 1.84 and 1.54 valves.

No need to look at the numbers, just look for the "L" shaped coolant ports. And the 8 intake bolt holes.
