3-G alternator problem

    i did the 3-G alternator swap then it stoped working on my wrecked mav so i replaced it then that one mesed up then i swaped the motor to my 70 mav and the alternator worked then after a lil bit it stoped working ??? any help :burnout:

    be sure u have a 12v + going to the regulator (cant remember which wire it is though). i had the same problem on mine once...

    u don't use the regulator on this setup

    Yes you do....its internal.

    its the gray thing in this pic...Most of them are black though.

    fixed it it was some of the wireing was loose or dirty ?

    i just pulled the wires then pluged them back in then it worked ?? :yahoo:
