I plan on attending the James Dean Run which highlights Merc's of the 50's. It is open to all cars pre 1980. I have been to this event once. It is a nice setting with lots of shade. I go every year. About a half hour from my house. Gas City Duck Tail Run is the same weekend, about 7 miles away from Fairmount. Makes for a big weekend. I will be there sometime, not sure when. I have a class reunion that weekend. I don't take my car...too hard to get in and out. Contact me as it gets closer.
I don't think the JDean is as bad as the Ducktail as far getting in and out. I can't really say cuz only been there once. The time we were there it was a lot better at the Dean. I will contact u as u request.
I have been going for 25 years I would say. JD show keeps getting smaller. Duck Tail run keeps getting bigger.

Well...I saw Everett on Saturday evening at the concert. We were literaly sitting about 20 feet from each other when my wife saw him. I was hoping to make it back over on Saturday so I could see his car, but I did not make it over (busy weekend). I am sure you had a blast. Maybe next year!!
I did enjoy the trip very much. I do intend to return nx year and come the day it opens. I was hoping to seek ur opinion on some things I have plans of modifying. Anyway, seeing u had a busy schedule it's understandable u cud'nt make a return. I also plan on making the Roundup. CUL
