point gap

    62 Comet Custom
    Anyone know what the point gap setting should be for a 62 Comet Custom with a straight 6cyl. 170? Thanks

    The point gap is only a starting point. To actually set em correctly, you also need a dwell meter. The dwell setting is the thing you need to get right. The gap setting only gets you close.
