A new heater core, my windshield stays fogged up, it will fog up immediately if I get on it a bit, and it wont really clear up with the defroster going wide open...and yes I can smell antifreeze at times but not all the time, at first I thought I had a coolant leak under the hood, but can find none there.
I did get some water drops on my foot on the drivers side with the heater going full blast, but they were cool feeling.
    What ya'll think?
Almost forgot it has rained here 5 days straight and today was the first day I have driven it more than a mile or so.

Check hose connectoins at core ( easier said than done)
Check your cowl for leaks/ windshield weatherstripping. If it all checks good, heater core is leaking. Its not too bad to do unless you have an A/C equipped car.

Yeah cowls are fine...checked before, non A/C so thats not an issue.....as for checking the hose connections, does that require taking the heater box apart?

No...A mirror and a light workes but, you have to be a contortionist to get your head under the dash so you can see what the inspection mirror is showing you.
The heater core hose connections exit the box in the upper left corner. Or have the system pressure tested...If the core is leaking you will know quickly. Chances are its the core going out on you, sorry... Good luck with it man.

I just rebuilt mine... I took out my package tray and the pass side tray bracket, Six bolts two cables one elecrical plug and poped right out... It really isn't to bad of a job... check your seals while its out, I got a complete seal kit from NPD... The core is cheaper at a parts house, I used a heater core from a 69 mustang I paid more but they had it in stock...

It seemed to be coming from the heater box....the hole where the air blows out and seemed to be driven by the air from there....but I will check windshield gasket and cowl again to be sure...if it's either I guess it would be time to repair it AND put in a new headliner :thumbs2: Cuz I need that also lol.

If you can smell anti-freeze....it is the heater core.
