Most auto parts stores will have them. If you have a "help " parts section in your store, That's where you'll find them. :)

I havent seen any heater hose grommets in my Help sections at any of my stores. But the right size PCV valve grommet should do the trick. Measure the inside diameter of the hole and find a PCV valve grommet that will work. I did this for the fuel hose grommet in the fenderwell. Found a perfect fit.

Come to think of it, they were pcv grommets! Duh, sorry about that! Anyway, I know the ⅝" are available, not sure of the ¾" ones. :)

A little outside of the box, but I went to the marine store and bought PVC thru-hull hose connectors to run my hot battery cable through the firewall. Because there is no way in hell I want that to contact metal.

It is overkill, but works well. And it doesn't look too bad, either. The battery cable is also inside a heater hose the entire length of travel from the solenoid to the battery, through the framerails and over the rear quarters, that is what you see here.
