  • Original color - OD Green, automatic and 6 cylinder. Then painted white with red stripes and put genuine GTO decals. Now can you dig da backward mounted rear spoiler? After being sideswiped by a nut, I decided to repaint the whole car as the other guys insurance paid me $1,200. So now you see white with purple stripes. With 6 cylinder it just wouldn't run fast, so an opportunity presented itself to buy a 302 HO motor (with 5 speed) from a wrecked 88 Mustang. The paint is now about 6 years, so I'm about to touch it up a bit. Credit given here to Antonio from Monterrey, Mexico who did all the custom body work. The scoop wire mesh comes from a Pontiac Fiero. Has after market AMX hood scoop with purple scoop light for night show and go. Trans Am side scoops with side scoop purple night lights. Pontiac GTO hood tach. PIAA lights and rear purple fog lights. Electric rear antenna. Hood scoop lights and side scoop lights all manually operated by special switches like 007. Formerly was a wanna bee GTO, now a wannabee Shelby. Spent less money and probably just as much of a headturner. (Other custom cars: 94 & 95 Dodge Spirits; both now part TransAm -Shelby and GTO ). New! Shelby decals and gas cap. I just don't known what else to put on it! The car is officially retired, that is, no longer used as a driver ed car. Make offer, now for sale.
