I have Granada 11 inch discs on the front and Speedway discs on the rear but they are all solid - I have no way to slot them but I will lay out a hole pattern similar to the ones that Gene has and drill them out - I used to do that to all of my stock car discs back in the day :)

Not only are they drilled, they are countersunk.

my rack has the short steering shaft...wonder what the difference would be. I noticed there was a difference in them and the long shaft would have been a problem with my 347...:yup:

Mine has got to be the same rack with the long shaft - it helped to have the long shaft with my Cleveland install - everything is still tight but to get the splined joint hooked up to a short shaft, I would have had to add an additional joint :)

mine comes straight from the end of the column to the short shaft on the rack... don't know why you would have had to have added a joint...
a long shaft would have brought it up into my exhaust system.

It was the route I had to take around the big tube Cleveland headers - the angle was OK heading to the top of the long shaft but would not have gone direct to the short shaft with either notching the frame or adding another joint :)

UPS is out of control. I had a truck pull into the driveway and deliver a pile of parts. Exactly 5 minutes later a truck pulled into the driveway and delivered a pile of parts. When I went out to give him crap about forgetting to deliver half my order the first time, out stepped a different driver! He asked if the other guy had just delivered because it wasn't marked off yet and he wanted to beat him to my house since both were scheduled to be there. Crazy. This in a town of 2500 with the UPS depot 25 miles away.

Congrats on getting the IFS and getting to your project.

Mine looks like it is between the length of Frank's and Bob's.

Good to know that there are differences. If I ever replaced it, I would be upset if I got one that I had to redo all those D-shafts and u-joints.

Since they are different kits, why worry about who has what? You're not comparing apples to apples.
