    The main goal right now it to get that beast of a motor to fit in the car. After everything is cut and all the mounts are correct, we will blast the car and do all the bodywork.

    the install of the full tilt front suspension has begun! we have also started to uninstall interior parts like the heater box and steering column.

    engine and trans are in! and they fit... sort of... The turbos go in tomorrow!

    It looks like you bought your Full Tilt kit as an "unfinished welded" kit - this is the way I bought mine to save money and give myself practice time with my new mig welder - are you going to weld the seams solid on the hats and cross member?

    Honesty, I'm going to let the shop take care of all the welding and such, so I'm not sure of what they will do yet. I have faith that they won't take shortcuts however.

    They'll just have to finish welding the Full Tilt parts is all - right now they are just held together with 1 inch welds :tiphat:

    I learned a lot about welding finishing up my parts
