An Opportunity for a NEW Maverick Model

It would be nice if they did this with the option for a Grabber (hood, grille, spoiler, decals, etc) like a 3-in-1.

I like this description - "A new tool model of this icon of the seventies, with optional parts to build the American, Brazilian or Mexican versions."

Wonder what they would be thinking of adding to make the different versions?

 

although I dont have a maverick of my own I have to admit Ive always liked them but the comets look much better wonder if theyll do a comet version as well since they only have to change a few small details and the majority of the mold is the same

I made my own Grabber hood and ducktail. No decals though.
I suppose the stripes could be painted on. Never really cared enough to try it.

 

I voted, would be nice to have something other than the JoHan version, even though I've already stockpiled a few of those for future builds (including the Comet).

So they will include a different trunk floor for the Brazilian one? I doubt it...

There use to be a company in Windsor Ontario, that made the moulds for Revell, and Monogram. We use to stop by the place when we were in town, and check out the dumpster..over the years we collected a good collection of test shots, before the kit even hit the market, I still have a few in the basement. Always freaked them out when we'd goto model contests in Ohio, and Michigan.
