I just finished with the Rust Bullet process to my whole interior. Now I want to put the vinyl floor covering on top of it. Auto Krafters has it listed in their physical catalog I had them send to me. The only problem is, there is no part # listed for it. I can't find it on their site either.

I just want to know how it works. It says it is molded, but does that mean it is already pre-formed and ready to just drop into my car?

Has anyone out there used this vinyl floor cover? I'd like to see some pics and how it turned out.

my first grabber had a vinyl floor, yes its molded to fit the contours of the floor you might need to do a little trimming though... I think ACC carpet makes it, the same company the produces the molded carpet...

Nah, this is a 75% race car, and 25% street car. The louder the better, LOL.

Yeah, it's from ACC. I just didn't know if it was EXACTLY molded to fit our cars. I'd hate to pay $200 for it and it didn't fit the way I wanted it to and had to butcher it up.

Make sure it's for a early car, you don't want the one with the catalytic converter hump molded in... ACC makes a good product...

You got any pics or links that shows how it turns out in vehicles? That might not be too bad of an idea.

Call ACC and ask them, or email them.

That actually looks better than the vinyl I originally thought of. It would probably be a LOT easier to clean as well. A 1 gallon kit is $60-70 of the Herculiner. I should be able to do the area I want with that amount. It only took 2 quarts of Rust Bullet to do the entire interior from trunk to firewall. And that is doing 2 coats.

Definitely cheaper than the $200 mat. It would definitely hold up a lot better as well.

    Thanks, Frank!

I also coated the inside of my front fenders with...Gator liner...to eliminate the "popping" when leaning on them...:thumbs2:

Very nice. The fenders will be what I tackle next. There is nothing wrong with them. The insides just need a good sanding and painting.
