I looked at the pics on my I pad. Those headers do look good. And yes I am jealous of all of the header room you have with that front end..lol... That's sweet.
Glad you could see the pictures. Even if I ever went with long tubes again, I would still cut off those large triangular bolt-on flanges and go with these v-groove flanges. Much cleaner and tighter fit. On my finished product I actually rotated the bolts up so they are more pointed up and toward the body floor.
the 669 doug headers are tri Y For 68 mustang 351 W.......wonder if they would fit maverick with 302 ??
This is the first I have heard of anyone doing this mod. Seems, like something I might be interested in doing; I have slightly bent flange and was going to put some thick gaskets. That is probably the least complicated/expensive way to go, but, v-groove is something new to me.
