Max My invoice shows them as a MT3 and MT 4. Actually listed as a Chrysler mount. Talk to John at Calvert racing and he will hook you up, he will also ask you if you are running your shocks in front of the axle, behind it, or staggered like the factory position. Mine are in the factory position, just make sure you tell him where they are at and he will ship you the correct ones. My Calvert shocks have a 6 position adjustment at the bottom of them and they are 198.00 a pair. I think they will work wonderful in this application. You might want to check them out while you are getting the rest. Good luck!
Hector the non staggered shocks of the 69.5 would be no problem. they make the mounts for all configurations.
Thanks Paul! Those are the PN's they gave me for the mounts, along with CR22116 for the shocks, so I must have told them about the 9" lol...it was a long day and I couldn't remember. I'll call my buddy who owns the chassis shop...he's a dealer for them, and I get them for cost from him He ordered my springs yesterday, and he can get these on the way as well.

I've been 1.35's with this set up, hoping to go high 1.2's with the new engine. I've been running the Strange double adjustable shocks on my Cougar in the stock location and have been 1.28
Not quite Maxx. Getting closer. Have had many unexpected issues. Got it running and took it down my driveway and it ripped my balancer off the crank. Long story short, tore the motor completely down to find that machine work on short block was not done correctly. Started all over with all new internals. Got a crank that is dual keyed like it should have been to start with. Got the block reasemled and the heads on. Hopefully will have it back in the car in a week or two. I will post another update then.
Mike how did that happen? could you elaborate on the "dual Keyed" on your motor? do the dampers require two keyways now? I have never seen that.. learning something new. What happened, did the damper destroy the end of the crank? or was there more problems with the machine work . I am just curious.. trying to learn something... thanks
Paul I am running a gear drive supercharger which has a gear bolted to the balancer/damper that turns the gears which in turn turns the supercharger. This requires the crank snout to be dual key wayed so that it will be strong enough. The machine shop failed to do this. Tore the motor down so that I could send the crank to have another key way added and discovered that the crank and new bearings had very deep grooves/scratches in them. To deep to be turned. Apparently the machines shop left metal shavings in the motor. At that point I had to order a new crank. Also discovered that my H-beam rods were not beefy enough to support this kind of horsepower. Also discovered slight wear on the cam lobes. So ordered all new internals. We live and learn right!!! I will update when it's all back together. Hope this answered your question.
Mike, Did not think about the supercharger. I am not familiar with the ins and outs of installing one like you have on your car. That makes a lot of sense. On your crank issue, It is unbelievable how hard it is to find skilled trades these days. The machine shops are no different. A lack of attention to detail ends up making a disaster for you. I see if often now days. It is so hard to find someone who does stuff right. Best of luck with getting your motor back and going again. and yes it did answer my questions, thanks for the response. Oh man! Is the machine shop going to cover any of that? I'd have been livid, and called people bad names lol. Can't really repeat them here because I have a lifetime demerit for pretty much the same thing It's always something...I hope you get some resolution besides the opportunity to purchase new parts. Didn't damage the supercharger did it?
Maxx I am livid but I don't want anything to do with this shop again. I already knew that if I Contacted them if they assumed responsibility that they would say send it back. I would not let them touch my stuff after this. I will never trust anyone to build my short block again. I will do it myself. Hopefully will have it running again in 2 weeks or less. Will update.
I understand that...still a bad deal. I totally agree with the assembly too. I pretty much assemble all of my stuff when I can...but sometimes work gets in the way and I have to pay someone to do it. I've got a friend that runs a shop and that I trust though, so I don't lose a lot of sleep if I have to get him to do it. I used to trust my dad to do the assembly, but he's not able to do it anymore because of health issues. I hope it all works out...and I'm looking forward to seeing how it does. It should FLY!
Hi Mike what kind of radiator were u running when u had the d1sc in it , Im running a P1sc on mine runs warm when sitting in traffic .. Champion radiator wont fit cause of the blower belt and very little room
I was running a Champion before. It fit great in mine. Not sure why it won't fit on yours? Can you post pics of your engine bay?
