Is anyone planning a new stroker build this winter? Any Kaase or Clevors in the mix? Windsor combo's?

    Let's hear your plan!

    P.S. : Is Groberts101 going to finish his Kaase's????

Sounds like a proven build. Should make great power/torque.

I wish so bad I would have done a 408. It wouldn't have cost much more at all.

Im just going with an atk 408 430hp crate engine
Clevors sound cool, but nit sure its worth the extra hassle of hoping a header will clear m2 setup

I'm finally assembling the 331 for my T-Bird, a friend built the short block, all I have to do is add the small pieces...

It'll be FI with Trick Flow heads & stage 1 cam, Edelbrock Performer intake, 70mm throttle body, 30lb injectors, BBK 1-5/8 shorties with full 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust system... Also have a fresh AOD with 3500 stall and 3.73 gears out back... At 3700Lb with me, power everything, cruise and A/C, should run approx 12.70 and take me anywhere I wanna go...

I'm also planning a 'Bird project for the future. Love your plan!

Is a Clevor worth the extra $$$ and hassle on the street? NO! Its an emotional thing with me having grown up with Clevelands. Old habits, you know:coco:

Ive been building a 363 stroker with dart block and heads forged EVERTHING weiand super charger that will run on e85 Im looking to over do it on the carbs and want to get 2 quick fuel carbs with anular boosters in them. the anular (sp?) boosters look really good on utube and should help guzzle down the fuel and a lunatti voodoo cam

Im looking for a power range in the 1200Hp area

Im told the engine will be done this month but well see its been a VERY long and even more EXPENSIVE road $13100 expensive to be exact SO FAR

Working lots of hours just to even be able to afford to finish my little RHS heads so the Kasse P38"s will have to wait for my aluminum block build later on next year. Plus I also want the shaft rocker setup with the 8,000+ rpm I plan on running which means I have to work even harder than usual. lol

Parts are being gathered just about every week to do an "around 400 horse" mule motor build. Might be closer to 425 or so because I hate leaving power on the table when it's just right there for the taking with a few extra hours of work to find it all.

1974 block @+.060 over and nipped/squared to 8.175 deck height. Fully studded.. and no straps.

Edelbrock RPM intake with major port work plus custom spacer welded on and tweaked Holley Ultra 850("too much carb" my arse!)

RHS 165 cc heads ground to within an inch of their lives popping 8mm LS style valve-train(should be around 205 cc on final volume check) and cut(not sure if I will angle mill or just a flat mill them) to arond 52-54 cc.

Cometic MLS gaskets at .029" thou thickness will give me a .035" thou quench height and right near 11.5:1 SCR(pump gas/e-85 blend)

Custom spec'd Hydro roller stick with lightweight roller lifters and 1.8 and 1.7 ratio I/E rockers. Rollermaster Gold timing chain.. or I'm looking at modding one of those cheaper Procomp(yep.. I said it) belt drives.

Probe moleculites weighing 360 grams w/ 96 gram wristpin(1.2/1.5/3mm gapless steel ring package)

Eagle 3.25" stroke pendulum undercut ultra-light crank fully profiled and hand polished all by meself(just under 1,500 gram final bobweight)

Hand fitted rail style crank scraper and canton windage tray inside canton road race pan

Programmable MSD 6al-2 box with matching HVC-II coil and custom fit Moroso Ultra 40 wires.. possibly crank triggered as well.

Custom headers.. might chop up some of those cheap Procomp stainless steel deals that are modeled after the Hooker 6901's.

Are you going to run a reduced base circle cam or link bar retrofit lifters in that old block?

    Thanks!!

Back when it had the 5.0 I'd had it up in your neck of the woods... Went to Carlisle(five different times), Hershey and over to a friends in Alliance, cruised through Lisbon on RT30... Left there, went to Greenville OH(near IN), back home through Cincinnati, Charleston and Lewisburg WV visiting relatives...

Yeah.. planned on using an oem spider conversion kit but this cam isn't excessive enough to worry about twisting the reduced base size. Plus those oem rollers are kinda heavy and I'm all about light and rev happy. Also hoping all the lighter parts will help keep the block together too.

Just finished a 347 for a friend's 66 Mustang. The usual Scat/Probe internals, AFR 185 Renegades, Comp XE274 roller cam, Edelbrock RPM intake w/670 Holley.
Kinda got me thinking about doing another one for my car, I have 2 roller cam blocks sitting in the shed.
