    I lived in Seattle for a year when I was a kid, and took my wife for a spring break several years ago, and she fell in love with the climate. We actually LOVE the rain, and the mountains, and the water.

    Still have the boat. Part of the reason why I am selling the maverick is it would be too difficult to move up there towing a boat, maverick, and travel trailer. I would have to take at least two trips to relocate it all.

    Once we started dealing below the price on the listing, I pulled the listing down so someone else wouldn't tempt me to back out on our deal by offering me a price closer to the listed price.

    I did not get what I was asking, but I feel the deal ended up being fair.

    More important...I can now pull some stuff out of the storage unit and start storing in my newly emptied garage!
