Somehow I managed to finally get the engine together, in the car, and to the track this past weekend! Made some easy passes, and was able to go a few rounds before getting a little ambitious on the tree with a 001 red. Oh well, between the rain delay, and track and tree issues, I was still pretty pleased with the results. I'm hoping to get out for a test and tune session before this Saturday and make some changes to the timing and shift point... We shall see.
Currently a 3.89 rear gear. Will eventually be switching to a deeper gear after I mini-tub the car and relocate the rear springs inward to fit a wider tire. Right now, I just run a 9" slick.
