Just picked up a set of NOS REAR quarter panels from FORD ( still has the factory labeling and ID stickers on the inside of panels) . These are the panels that FORD made that has the piece that extends UP to the roof line and the inner fender pieces bolt to them over the wheel well ) . I have NO IDEA what they're worth but I "DO" know .. Its very difficult to locate Genuine FORD NOS parts like this so I'm asking .. Does anyone out here have any idea what the cost would be ? Thanks in advance.

Worth $500 to $$750.00 per side plus add an Extra 100 a side for the inner piece. My opinion.....

Thanks for the come-back CB :
A appreciate your input . I purchased these from a guy that used to be a CAMEO member 20 years ago and
he bought them for HIS Comet then and have been inside his shed for all these years . He and his wife and 2 kids
are selling a lot of stuff that he no longer needs to go on a cruise and he called me and asked if I would be interested in the panels . Of course I was. They are in beautiful shape .. no dents , scrapes , or wrinkles . Just dusty .
Anyway .. Thank you .. I now have a general idea of their value if ever I decide to part with them. We have two Mavericks, and one Comet in the family so I'm not sure I want to part with them.

    Thanks MavMan:
I appreciate YOUR input also . I'm beginning to understand that these panels ARE difficult to find since NO ONE
makes them since FORD quit doing so.

Maybe you could get Dynacorn interested in making new panels based off of them since they are making the Grabber hood. - Matt

Yes that would make more sense than the grabber hood, you would think that quarter panels would sell better than a hood

Can you post some pictures of them so I can see the parts of the quarters that I didn't get when I bought the re-pops that don't work so well?

    Hello Matt:
Actually I hadn't thought of Dynacorn reproducing these panels but that's not a bad idea . Maybe I'll send a few pics and a letter to their engineering department and inquire about it . I'm sure they would need the panels to DO
a reproduction and I wouldn't want ANYTHING to happen to them while in their possession . I'd have to check
    these factors out before I would even THINK about shipping them to Dynacorn. We'll see what develops . I don't think there are any OTHER panels like this Out There and if they could be reproduced for the enthusiasts that would BUY the panels I would cooperate with Dynacorn. Pictures to follow;

Another option is to contact NPD. They are always looking to expand their offerings. - Matt

Yep ! I deal with NPD quite a lot here but I don't know if they have the facilities to ' Reproduce ' items like these
or if they would even be interested. Its worth a phone call .

I bought a left side ford quarter about 10 years ago for about $450 + a huge shipping charge. I never needed it so it is still in my garage. Great deal getting all four pieces. Also known as unobtainium.
