What did you do to your Maverick or Comet today

    well, its been awhile sense i posted... i cut all my front suspension off, then 3 weeks later i was laid off from my job. so i went ahead and puchased the rc-107 conversion. that was back in august. this past couple weeks ive been welding in the cross member, fixed the cowl, and now im welding in the patch panels where the shock towers were. been busy. and what a learning curve.

    Great garage improv skilz!

    I would like to do something like that too but my wife would probably flip out and tell me I've completely.. expletive delete.. lost it. I figure she must just be a slow learner.. cause that already happened a long time ago. :D

    Installed an aluminum performer 289 intake with rear cross over on my car. Got it for 25 dollars!

    I went to Walmart and bought one of their $48.88 24F batteries that promptly went into the Comet... I then drove it over to a friends where I'm rewiring a '72 Bronco for his son-in-law... First time it's been driven since last fall, ran fine no issues at all...
