The only reason I bought it is because it’s so clean.
I still have a few places to check for a small front bumper, and don’t be surprised if you get a PM from me shortly about parts.

 

I think I have the hood trim piece upstairs , and maybe some other items you may need.. I'll look around.

Yes . I have the V8 Frame mounts up in the attic . You'll need a V8 Crossmember also .. You can contact
Frank ( 71Gold) on this forum for that .. He makes them .

I’ll do a inventory of what I have tomorrow and then we can make a deal on some parts.
I have heard recommendations for Franks crossmember.

I closed the deal on the 94 Mustang GT 5.0 & 5 speed with headers, trans crossmember, clutch & brake pedal assembly, clutch cable and driveshaft for $600.
I also picked up a front sump oil pan & pick up tube, electronic distributor for FREE!
I’ll be sending Cometized a list of other parts I’m looking for, now the hard part begins..... time to work on it.

 

welcome from Portland OR. My Comet came with a Maverick conversion, got my eye out for a parts car.....they are getting scarce.

 

I picked up another piece of the puzzle today.
My friend found a Comet small front bumper, then he drove 100 miles to pick it up for me. I payed $200 for it then I had to force him to take $20 for gas.

Yep, it’s a Ford “service part” that has not been mounted since being re-chromed.

 

That bumper is beautiful .. You are indeed a blessed man to find one of these so soon ! I recommend you paint the
INSIDE of the bumper with a really good quality black paint for added protection. We give the bumpers on our cars
that treatment.
