Looking to get both bumpers and some misc parts chrome plated in Southern California, anyone have a shop they would recommend?

Don’t know about SoCal but this is a shop I’ve used locally. Been in business over 40 years and ship globally.

No problem. I need to get a new rear bumper from them also.

D & R, in Huntington Park, does triple plating. Ricardo and his team do excellent work. They also do stainless and aluminum trim.

Does anyone here know of a place in Georgia? I may have an opportunity to acquire a 73 comet gt front bumper the owner says it's in really bad condition I thinking rust wise, says it's peeling, can something like that be rechromed? I told him to text me a few pics tomorrow, thanks.

This one is not Georgia but Tennessee I am sending them a front bumper to be rechromed, other members here give them a high rating. As long as the metal is not too thin so that the bath it gets does not eat it up then most of the time it can be rechromed and even straightened

Does anyone know what their prices are like? i called them and he couldn't give me a ball-park price until my parts were in his hand. i have a set of '70 bumpers that need repair/re-chrome.

I just got my front bumper back from Tricityplating and it cost $395.00 plus $70.00 for shipping back to me, the bumper I sent them needed no straightening I would guess that any shop will be close to that price just to give you some idea.

As far as I can tell the work is good and turn around time was less than three weeks and they told me 6 weeks as an average
