What year is your car that you did the drop and was it with the original style upper control arms? Was it the reinforcement plate that angles from shock tower to frame rail that you had to trim? Could you post a couple of pictures of where you had to trim the brace? Thanks!

cleaned up a little wiring under the hood and ran a new temp sensor wire to move the sensor to the other head. wiring isn't one of my favorite things...:disagree:

I reinstalled the pulley nut on alternator that I found in driveway this morning. Yep just when you think you've seen it all, a new one comes along. I disassembled, cleaned, lubricated and detailed the alt when I installed 306, that was over four years ago.

I got a newer updated control box for the ignition... (MSD 60143)
then my buddy cut about 5' out of the harness so it would be a little neater in the engine bay.
this box has a tach wire that runs from it to the MSD Atomic EFI and from it to the Dakota Digital control box then to the Tach.
also found out that the Dakota Digital control box has a shift light hookup to run to a relay to shut off the compressor at a set RPM...:drive:...:chirp:

Worked on the Comet instrument clusters again.

The red ones my buddies early cluster sporting a new tach, speedo rolled back to 0, 65-66 Mustang fuel gauge and LED bulbs, all tested and ready to install.

The blue ones for my 75, sporting a new tach, 71-73 Mustang fuel gauge, early speedo and late needles. I still have to purchase some LED’s & test all the lights for proper operation. AC014524-9ECE-4FC7-AA99-DC445CC5586D.jpeg

Here’s the link to the tach kit.
