My brakes are terrible

    I swap heads and cam. An seems like car not making enough vacum. What my opinions now?

    For brakes, size of cam is meaningless. How how much vacuum does it produce at idle? I'll guess 12"?

    Increasing base timing will increase vac but the mechanical/vac curves will need to be reduced so it doesn't have excessive timing at higher RPM.
