I am running sn95 brakes all the way around. On a 77 power brakes maverick. I do not like the way my pedal feels. I change the master to the V6 2000 Mustang 1 inch bore master in hopes to make you feel better. It only helped a little bit. I'll talk to some people and they said maybe my brake booster is being maxed out? I looked up hydroboost for a Maverick but I haven't got very far . Are people talking about it but I don't see much of a write-up on it . Not really sure what to do from here.
Will that fit between the firewall and the shock tower? Would love to convert out from that wonky power brake booster pointed out into the engine bay. If I remember, I would have to change out the brake pedal and such to make a swap.
Here’s a article by someone that installed a hydroboost system in a Maverick, maybe there’s some useful information for you. http://www.maverickcomet.com/TechArticles/Hydroboost/Hydroboost1.asp
Haven't used them myself. I bought my upper control arms from them and had seen the boosters on their web site before.
I think i have found the problem. Booster adjustment. Pin was not making good contact with master. Im playing with it but feels better. But i still want something smaller doe clearance issues
