I have been away for far to long and while I was in the military, my 1974 maverick was taken and crushed. Very sad for me but I gotten a new project. A 1974 Grabber that needs a lot of work has finally made it out of a field and into my life. I am glad to be stating the maverick life again and have a few new things planned. The 302 and c4 are long gone but I do have a 1970 351w going in and a T5 with a narrowed 9inch so things should turn out well for this one if i can sort out all the rust. Time will tell. Thanks for keeping my account open all these years!
Thank you for your service and welcome home . Things have changed a little here but still a friendly place to gather knowledge . Rust is for sure your #1 your enemy but now you can purchase many sheet metal parts that were not available when you first joined
Thank you! Yes i have noticed you can even get carbon fiber items these days but still no bumpers. I have a 1970 cougar rear bumper that is going to be close enough after some fab work but going to be looking for a front small bumper just like everyone else.
Have you entered the VIN of both Mavericks in the category VIN Sequence Number. That way there is a record of your old one. Home /General Maverick Comet/ 5the one down. VIN sequence number.
