I can think of a number of reasons that Mavericks/Comets may be seeing a rise in value. Not the least of which being musclecar looks (Grabbers especially), lightweight package with factory V8 option, Mustang DNA, uniqueness, and decent parts availability. I think they're an attractive option to the much pricier early Mustangs and Camaros.
